This website is operated by RUA, a modest-fashion brand based in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt.

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and handcrafted details may differ subtly from piece to piece.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. You will see an order confirmation with your order number, and our team may contact you by phone or message to confirm your details before dispatch. The sale is concluded once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, if we cannot verify the order details, or if an order appears fraudulent, suspicious or intended for resale. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

We accept cash on delivery, and InstaPay transfer where offered at checkout. InstaPay orders are processed once our team has verified the transfer. Please do not refuse a cash-on-delivery order without a valid reason; repeated refusals may lead us to require advance payment on future orders.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns and exchanges by our Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

All content on this site, including the RUA name and logo, designs, photographs, videos and text, belongs to RUA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, RUA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We may update them from time to time; changes apply to orders placed after they are published on this page.
