When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Your full name, phone number and email address.
• Your delivery address (street, building or apartment, city and governorate).
• Order details, such as the items purchased, sizes, payment method and, for InstaPay payments, the transfer reference and any receipt you upload.
• Your account details and saved addresses, if you choose to register.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. We never collect or store bank-card details.

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders, including sharing your name, phone number and address with our delivery partner.
• To contact you about your order, returns or exchanges, and to answer your enquiries.
• To manage your account and keep our store secure and free from fraud.
• To understand how our store is used and improve it.
• To send news about collections and offers, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping bag and preferences, and to measure how our store and advertising perform. This may include analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which help us understand visits and show relevant RUA ads. These providers may process information about your device and your activity on our site under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Some store features may not work correctly without cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, such as delivery partners and hosting and analytics providers, and only as needed for those services, or where required by law.

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide customer care and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
