Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping is currently complimentary on all orders nationwide. Should this change, any delivery fee will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees: remote areas, public holidays, peak seasons and courier conditions may add time. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Cash on delivery is available on every order: simply pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Where offered at checkout, you may instead pay in advance by InstaPay transfer.

• After you place an order, you will see a confirmation with your order number.
• Our team may call or message you on the phone number provided to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch.
• Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking number where available. Signed-in customers can also follow their order from My Orders.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and reachable by phone. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and let us know promptly about any damage.
